God, the ultimate leader, created us in His image to be like Him and have dominion of the Earth!
Yeshua, our Messiah and ultimate example of servant-leadership, entrusted us to lead and disciple people from all nations!
Lionhearts accept His calling, seeking Him for wisdom and strength, while working relentlessly to expand His Kingdom on Earth!

Founder
Jerry Morla
Saved by Grace ❤️🔥 and raised by God 🔥🔥🔥 to serve as a teacher, consultant, advisor, mentor, and at times even preacher, though not of the typical kind💥. Besides consulting, teaching, and mentoring with God-centered leadership development principles, I also share learnings and knowledge tempered by a lifetime of experiences, through which I've seen God's merciful hand time and again carry me through❤️
My goal is helping people become Lionheart warriors for The Kingdom of God, 🔥 in business and life!
My leadership experience stems from numerous adventures around the world working in the domains of business, education, ministry, and, of course, personal stuff. I hold a good mix of academic degrees from programs that I completed while seeking to prepare for whatever works God had in store for me. Now, I seek to use my toolbox for the Kingdom of God.
My professional journey began as an enlisted infantry soldier in the US Army at a young age. Since then, I gained extensive experience in technology, education, and training sectors which involved working with companies and customers worldwide.
Through my global work experience, I have broadened my worldview and acquired valuable insights by immersing myself in diverse cultures, gaining valuable insights for applying and teaching leadership development philosophies and practices that are rooted in Biblical teachings.
