One #leadership lesson that I learned from the Bible, is that good leaders must not procrastinate when it comes to looking out for their people!
During the pre-Exodos timeline, the entire country of Egypt was plagued with frogsā¦. Imagine frogs šø everywhere, in homes, kitchens, workplaces, home-offices, and more.
So, pharaoh summoned Moses and asked him to pray to his God for the jumping ugly amphibians to go away. Meek and wise, Moses then asked pharaoh, āWhen would you like for these frogs to go?ā
Pharaoh responded, āTomorrowāā¦ š¤
Why in the world would any leader want their people to remain covered in frogs for another night?
Leadersā¦ take care of your people and donāt let the frogs šø (disgusting slimy creatures obstructing and getting in the way of progress and getting things doneš¤®) hang around for one more second.
Donāt be like pharaoh. Be decisive and get it doneš”
